· In Literacy we have
been thinking a lot about our visit to Chambers’ Farm Woods. We talked about
what we did and what our favourite activities were and had a go at labelling
some pictures of the different events.
· In Maths we have been
thinking about finding ‘one more’ or ‘one less’ than numbers up to ten. We had
a go at using objects to help us, before trying to use our fingers or even
counting on or back in our heads.
· In our Topic work we
have continued to think about how we can stay healthy, and in Art we drew
pictures of a healthy meal. We have also been busy learning a song for next
week’s Harvest Festival – so far, so good! We also had a brilliant time on our
school trip. We had lots of fun building dens, going on a woodland walk and
toasting marshmallows on an open fire!
