· In
Literacy this week we have been busy writing our letters to Santa. We tried to
remember to use letter gaps between our words and to use our phonics to help us
with our sounding out.
· In
Numeracy this week we have been making Christmas patterns using our special
Christmas stamps. We used different colours to make patterns of up to four
objects.
· In
our Topic work this week we have been putting the finishing touches to our
Christmas play. We have also been busy making snowmen Christmas cards for our
families. We also had a look and a play with some old toys and thought about
how toys have changed over the years; we also talked about whether we would
want those toys for our Christmas presents this year – the answer was no! J
