Our quails have arrived!

On Friday we welcomed our first quail into the world. On Saturday he was joined by four others and we are lucky enough to have them in our classroom for a while. Take a look...

Goodbye...

Today we decided it was time to release our butterflies into the big wide world. We said goodbye and hopefully we will see them again soon.

Our minibeast hunt

On Thursday we went on a minibeast hunt around the school and found lots of different bugs, including ladybirds, ants, worms and snails. Here are a couple of photos from the hunt.

We welcome some new arrivals....

On Tuesday we were lucky enough to receive some quail eggs (thank you very much Mrs Woodward!) We will be keeping them in class until they hatch - which will hopefully be next week - and are looking forward to seeing what they look like when they come into the world!

Our fantastic trip

On Monday, Falcon class, along with Hawk and Kestrel, visited Lincoln Cathedral as part of our RE work. We all had a great time and learned lots of facts about the Cathedral and the different things inside. Take a look at some of our photos from the day...
